I partner with a leading national jewelry retailer with 200+ locations to support the full lifecycle of new collections, from early vision to store-ready product. I work closely with the brand president, VP of merchandising, senior merchant, and buyers to align the product's creative direction with business goals and merchandising strategy. My role spans conceptual design, translating brand strategy and trend insights into cohesive concepts, through detailed technical design that is ready for production. I collaborate with the brand’s chosen manufacturing partners on product development to ensure feasibility, quality, and brand integrity, and partner with the merchant team on collection and line planning to build balanced assortments that support seasonal strategies and pricing architecture across their nationwide footprint.
